Stop wasting water Let’s save our water Protect the water Save the water Protect our water Stop wasting water Let’s save our water Protect the water Save the water When the sun shines overwhelming, and the elders are requesting, through a rain dance callin’ out to Mother Africa, do you hear me? Save our water, let it rain abundantly Let the rivers flow into infinity Though she brings joy to the community, still she stays quiet in humility Cause if she had the upper hand, she’d get acknowledged by the government And all the children that she’s motherin’ wouldn’t thirst again Let the water cleanse The people bringin’ healing to this land, lets celebrate them on the bulletin And all the suffering and the ignorance, bring it to an end. Protect our water Stop wasting water Lets save or water It’s getting Protect our water Stop wasting water Let’s save our water It’s getting How do we live now? In a world without rain Our rivers are dry now, and my people live in pain But we can make it, if we unite together again Love is the answer, and the healing that keeps us sane Without you there is no life I need you now Show me where you are I need you know *scatting* *scatting* *scatting* *scatting* Protect our water Stop wasting water Let’s save our water Our water It’s getting Protect our water Stop wasting water Lets save our water Our water It’s getting We call you mother nature You keep us alive Through pieces of your making, we learn to survive It’s time we came to realize what we have in you, and what we stand to lose Our rivers our beautiful, take care of our rivers Our rivers our beautiful, take care of our rivers Our water It’s getting Protect our water Stop wasting water Let’s save our water Our water It’s getting Protect our water Stop wasting water Let’s save our water Our water It’s getting take care of our rivers Our rivers our beautiful, take care of our rivers Our rivers our beautiful

  1. I think this is a pretty universal message. We can all do more to protect our water. I live by the sea and it blows my mind to think of how many people I'm connected to by one continuous body of water. Even those in landlocked countries are connected by what we now understand as the water cycle. May we all be blessed by the water of life!
