Unseen Picture Of A Beaming Meghan Markle From A Private Visit To Smart Works charity

The Smart Works charity’s Instagram account
has shared a behind-the-scenes picture of their royal patron Meghan Markle visiting
their offices. The candid picture sees the Duchess of Sussex,
38, wearing her hair in a sleek bun and donning a dark dress and a camel coat along with drop
earrings, as she talks to a client, who wears a beige beret. The picture is emblazoned with the 11, to
mark the number of months Meghan – who launched a high street capsule collection to benefit
the charity in September – has been involved in the charity. Paying tribute to the mother-of-one, the charity’s
caption reads: ’11 months of support from our Royal Patron. ‘In January 2019, we were thrilled to announce
HRH The Duchess of Sussex as the Royal Patron of Smart Works. ‘The Duchess is a natural champion of our
service; her compassion and kindness towards our clients is inspirational and we are so
grateful for her commitment to helping women in need across the UK. ‘We have shared some incredibly special moments
with The Duchess over the past eleven months. As well as dressing and coaching our clients,
she has supported and spread the word about Smart Works in the seminal issue of British
Vogue and through The Smart Set Capsule Collection.’ In November Sussex Royal shared an unseen
black and white picture of Meghan at a Smart Works charity photoshoot. The photogenic royal is seen wearing an oversized
striped shirt with her sleeves rolled up, teamed with black skinny jeans and nude heels
as she sits on the sidelines. The post praised Smart Works, who were able
to dress their 200th client with items from Meghan’s capsule collection, while the charity
in return shared a post thanking the ‘inspiring’ Duchess for her help. Posting the picture, the Sussex Royal account
wrote: ‘Congratulations to Smart Works Charity who just yesterday, dressed their 200th client
with items from The Smart Set! Water births are just as SAFE as usual deliveries
as study finds the method Meghan Markle wanted for Archie causes fewer vaginal tears. Water births are not more dangerous than usual
deliveries, a study has revealed. Women opting for the unconventional delivery
actually get fewer agonising vaginal tears, according to University of Michigan scientists. The team compared water births to births in
a bed at two midwifery units in the US. Results showed no differences in complication rates. Their findings add more evidence on the safety
of pool births, which Meghan Markle reportedly wanted for the arrival of her son Archie in
May 2019. This year’s I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out
Of Here! winner Jacqueline Jossa gave birth to her first child, Ella Selina, in a birthing
pool in 2015. During the delivery, a baby is delivered in
a water-filled tub rather than a bed. Many women also use it to relax during labour before
giving birth. In England, around one in ten mothers-to-be
opt to have their babies this way. But in the US it is not as common. This is because
health officials don’t recommend it because of a lack of conclusive evidence of its risks
and benefits. Meghan Markle told fans to buy their men socks
and a shaving kit in throwback Christmas gift guide. MEGHAN Markle shared a Christmas gift guide
for what to buy your other half – and it included socks. The Duchess of Sussex shared her list of must-have
gifts for ‘the beau’, your ‘gal pals’, when you’re ‘feeling chef-y’, and a
‘penny for your thoughts’ selection. Meghan, 38, shared her Christmas favourites
on her now defunct lifestyle blog, The Tig. The mum-of-one said: “Oh Marilyn even made
shopping look good. “But the reality is that in the dead of
winter with holiday shopping crowds, fighting for parking spots, and waiting in endless
lines we aren’t exactly channelling our inner Monroe. “But now with Cyber Monday, you’re set
to score even better deals from the cozy confines of your home, all bundled up, mug of spiked
cider in tow. “With the holidays just around the corner,
The TIG has done the sale scouring for you! “So whether you’re shopping for your gals,
your coworkers, the perfect gift for your guy, or just something
special for yourself (you’ve earned it!), get ready to swipe, click, and
tap onto some of the best finds of the season.” She shared her top picks in December 2014
– years before she met Prince Harry – but he may have ended up with a few gifts on the
list over the years.
